His career began in investment banking and evolved across industries—from marine engines and boats at Brunswick Corporation to pediatric nutrition with Mead Johnson, where he led international partnerships and global M&A initiatives. Mike Rock
Vice President
Mike Rock plays a key leadership role at Rock Grading, overseeing asset management, shop operations, safety compliance, and financial oversight. He manages equipment purchasing, maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to keep the fleet reliable, efficient, and compliant. Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing rugby. He and his wife, Sarah, also have two cats they rescued from Rock Grading’s old yard.

Dana Rock
Vice President of Operations
Dana Rock oversees field operations at Rock Grading, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. She manages scheduling and coordination across operators, laborers, drivers, runners, and subcontractors while supporting Supervisors with daily job execution and close-outs. Dana also works to improve operational systems, including Salesforce customization, SOP development, and coordination with Finance to support strong performance and builder satisfaction.

Cassie Richter
Director Business Development
Cassie Richter serves as Rock Grading’s Business Development and Project Implementation Lead, overseeing builder partnerships from outreach and bidding through onboarding, launch, and ongoing relationship management. She works closely with Operations, Supervisors, and Estimating to ensure new communities are set up properly, launched on time, and supported with clear communication and consistent execution.
