Materials

ABC / Crush-n-Run

ABC (Aggregate Base Course) or crush'n-run is a graded mix of crushed stone and stone dust, typically ranging from ¾ inch down to fine particles, designed to compact tightly for a stable base.

Screenings

Screenings are very fine crushed stone particles, compact tightly and used for leveling and paver bases.

#78 Pea Gravel

#78 pea gravel is small, rounded stone commonly used for plumbing pipe bedding and decorative landscaping.

#57 / #67 Stone

#57 and #67 stone are washed, angular aggregates typically ranging from ½ inch to ¾ inch in size. They are commonly used for drainage and backfill.

Structural Clay

Structural clay is a dense material used for building pads and areas requiring high foundation strength. It provides a stable, compactable base suitable for supporting structures when properly installed and compacted.

Rip Rap – Class A

Class A rip rap consists of large, angular stone typically 6-12 inches. Used for erosion control on slopes.

#3 Temporary Drive Stone

#3 stone aggregate is a large, angular aggregate typically ranging from 1½ to 3 inches in size. Used for construction entrances and site stabilization.

Screened Topsoil

Screened topsoil is nutrient-rich soil used for seeding and landscaping to promote health growth.

Rip Rap – Class B

Class B rip rap is extra-large stone (12-24 inches) for severe erosion control in high-flow areas.

Fill Dirt

Fill dirt is unscreened soil used to raise grades, fill low areas, and provide backfill where compaction is needed. It is ideal for general site grading and elevation changes but is not typically suitable as a building pad for structures.

Mortar Sand

Mortar sand is a fine aggregate used in masonry work such as brick and block to provide durability.

Concrete Sand

Concrete sand is a coarse aggregate used in concrete production and bedding applications due to strength.
